1. Age Requirement
 

All renters must be at least 21 years of age to rent any vehicle. Drivers under 25 may be subject to an additional underage fee.

2. Valid Driver’s License
A valid driver’s license is required at the time of rental. The license must be in the name of the renter and remain valid throughout the rental period. Temporary permits, learner’s permits, or expired licenses will not be accepted.

3. Proof of Insurance
Renters must provide proof of active auto insurance that covers rental vehicles. If you do not have personal coverage, we may offer optional rental insurance at an additional charge.

4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies based on the vehicle and rental duration. The deposit will be returned within 3–10 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition and undergoes our regular routine checking the car out.

5. Payment Method
All payments and deposits must be made using a valid  debit card. Cash payments are accepted.

6. Mileage Limits
Vehicles may come with daily, weekly, or monthly mileage limits. Exceeding the mileage limit will result in additional charges per mile.

7. Smoking & Cleaning Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee  will be charged if evidence of smoking or excessive dirtiness is found depending on a car.

8. Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as when rented. A refueling fee will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

9. Late Return Policy
Late returns will incur additional fees. A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed, after which hourly or daily rates may apply.

10. Additional Drivers
Additional drivers must meet the same age and license requirements and must be registered on the rental agreement. An additional fee may apply.

Violating any of these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental and loss of the security
